Not a freewheel - just one cog for a freewheel.  A 31 tooth cog.  The idea is you may have a Regina CX or America freewheel (the earlier America system, this is NOT for the America 92) and you can exchange the big cog on you freewheel and make a low "bail out" position.  You need to be sure your derailleur and chain and other bits will play ok with this cog, and you need to know how to take your freewheel apart to use it.  But if you know all that, this could be a real problem solver.  The cog is new - we have a few of these.
