Very hard to find in French thread - a great way to open up a world of possibilities of cranks on your French threaded machine!

Offered here is a very desirable and hard to find bottom bracket - it's the thick cup Fremcj thread 111mm symetric.  This bottom bracket is desirable as it is a fantastic bottom bracket for use with Chorus, C-record, as well as numerous other cranks that want a 111mm symetric bottom bracket.  Many later Daytona and Veloce doubles and triples used this bottom bracket also!  Unlike many "varieties" of Campy bb's, this one uses the 1/4 balls and has the thick rifled cups for dirt repulsion.  Unlike the actual C-record units, it uses the steel cups that are less likely to deform on installation, and has the nice 1/4" bearings.  For those who want ulitmate loose ball square taper bb dependability, this is as good as it gets.

The cups are actually the same as Nuovo Record (perhaps more shiny though). If you are running a Nuovo Record/Super Record crank as a single chainring crank, this may also be for you.  And if you have a NR/SR track crank that want's a 109mm spindle, this 111mm will be just 1mm off (and less if you've drawn the arms on and off a few times).

You get the fixins here - the cups, lockring, spindle, crank bolts and washers (silver color), 2 piece bb sleeve, and original NR packaged bearings.  Note that the box you get even says Nuovo Record.  For some reason the factory was too lazy to get the right boxes for the early run of these nice Chorus bb's.  We have a few of these - after inspection we sometimes struggle to get them repackaged into the box as nicely as the factory does (sometimes we tear a flap or something) but we'll do our best.
