You get two part 2015 and two of part 2015/1.  These are washers for seperating things in the brake caliper.  The two parts are almost identical, but one of them has a slightly larger opening as it sits between the brake center bolt and stirup arm.  The other sits between the stirrups.  Since the junction where the brake bolt stud is a bit "larger" than at the rest of the bolt's length itself, one of them needs that larger opening.  Or at least that's what we think.

 

So your getting enough for one bike's worth of brakes.
