Clamp diameter on these is 26.0. Nitto Technomic Deluxe stem This is the super long quill version (it's actually the version most sellers offer).  This is the beautifully finished one called the 225 that has about 195mm of quill so you get about 11.5cm of quill from the limit to the start of the extension. That is about 8.5cm taller than an old classic stem like a ttt NOTE - the 225 is the length from very top to very bottom.
