A Campagnolo Nuovo Record (or from that era Super Record is the same) no-lip with circlip front derailleur.  The derailleur is used with many new parts - the clamp body, the clamp fixing bolt/nut, and the adjuster screws look NOS.  The cage has some wear inside and the outer cage is nice but certainly not perfect with mild marks and pitts.  But mounted on a bike it will present really well and the derailleurs action feels great.  A nice plug and play piece for a nice but not perfect bike.
