It's a fraud - a cheat! We noticed that the cable clamp bolt must of been stripped so it was re-threaded with an oversize bolt - but otherwise it is so awesome, what a shame....can you live with this crime???
Here is a seemingly lovely Nuovo Record front derailleur. This is one of our favorite versions and this one is in really great used condition. We like the flat cage ones, and the ones with the circlip like this one has seem to be more durable. The cage has minimal wear - rather little use we figure. The outer cage chrome is real nice - not perfect, but much nicer than most we see. The body clamp nut looks a bit crusty, so we'll include one that is more shiny. And as mentioned above, the cable clamp threads were compromised so it was re-threaded for a larger diameter bolt. The ruse almost got by us....
