Campagnolo 116mm NOS in the wrapper 116mm 46 tooth chainring.  This chainring fits Campagnolo Victory, Triomphe, and the Gran sport crank in the 116 bolt circle variety (note, most GS cranks were 144 so this won't work on those).  The photo is representative of the lovely example you will receive.
 
This chainring is great if you're setting up a compact double - OR, if you are using one of these cranks as a single-speed conversion and you want the greatness that a 46 provides for single-speed set ups.
