Hmm - here is a Campagnolo Nuovo Record seapost shaft, no hardware at all, in 26.8. It looks to be a pretty early example. It isn't terrible - yet, well, it had a fair bit of corrosion on it (left over from a frame it came out of we assume) There is some pitting espesically up top. But the overall post doesn't look to terrible at all. A mixed bag. It's a full length one, many of these are "shorties". If you have an old Italian frame that needs this size, and the frame has patina and you have Campy NR post hardware but you don't have have the shaft in this size, then this may be the perfect widget.
