An upper Campy seatpost cradle.  If we are correct, this fits early Chorus (not the later ones that are more like Record), possibly early Athena, as well as Victory and Triomphe.  You get just the piece as shown in the photos.  It's a handy part in case you have one with a cross threaded upper.  Note that it  DOES NOT fit old Campy Super Record, nor any of the Record posts.  Those have an upper cradle part that has a high "peak" and this part will not interchange.
