Some people love these, other hate them - but the Campagnolo saddle spanner is beautifully made.  And if you're using a saddle such as a Brooks Swallow it is perfect!  It is designed for use with the Campagnolo two bolt Nuovo Record seatpost.  The other end is a 13mm open wrench which in theory is to tighten the tension bolt on a Brooks type saddle.  The tool is nice and has a nice factory finish but you will see shopwear marks from the bulk packaging they were shipped from Italy in.
