We have one with more notable showear - the one you receive will have shopwear that is not shown in the photos - it's still really nice - we assume it's new but perhaps it was mounted. But if you're going to mount up the derailleur and use it, this one will still be very pleasing cosmetically while offering a nice savings!

Suntour parts are great.  Offered here is a Suntour XC ltd triple front derailleur.  It is a clamp-on with a 31.8 clamp.  So it's bigger than the typical 28.6 found on most vintage skinny tube bikes.  One can easily find shims to mount a 31.8 front derailleur on a 28.6 tube so for many folks this a nice solution as te 31.8's are often more available.  We have a few of these - there may be minor shopwear but the one you get will be of similar quality to the one in the photos.
