A used Campagnolo Nuovo Record (around 1980 this might have been a Super Record) front derailleur clamp on. Some cage wear inside (photos may make it look worse than it is, although front leading inner edge has some wear for sure), outside looks pretty good. An overall probably slightly-better-than-average used example. See the photos
