Campagnolo part number 6300145.  You get 4 ore of these that are NOS.  But what exactly are they?  This part appears identical to the big washer that fits under the dome nut on a Campy Triomph brake caliper with the exception that the finish on the parts offered here are NOT as nice.  So our guess is its for some version of Athena or something later on.  But we aren't sure.  Included are shots showing the part being meassured - maybe you have another use for it?  Again, you get four of these for one silly low price.
