An NOS Campagnolo Nuovo Record front derailleur cage spacer with fixing screw and nut.  Part numbers #215, #217, and #790. This part is also used on Super Record front derailleurs.   We have a few of these.  The one you get is NOS and was taken off an NOS never-used Campagnolo Nuovo Record front derailleur.
