A silly hard to find item.  It's just stamped steel and kinda basic.  But if you are doing a restoration or build of a bike that has fenders and you want to mount a light (we'd think an old style one most likely) then you need a bracket.  This one has bolts and nuts that look very retro (and appear to be M4x.7 thread). so maybe this widget is French?  The photos show a typical one we have - the one you receive will be of similar fine NOS quality and condition.

The bottom of the part of the bracket that extends upwards for the light is rather small - roughly 13mm wide.
